DEADLINE APRIL 15!

We all know what that date means.  But did you know that it is also the deadline for early registration for the annual convention to be held May 2-4 at the Amway Grand Plaza in Grand Rapids?  I have been there before, and it’s a great place.

There are many changes coming from National and convention is where you’ll learn what they are.  Come and make new friends, see old friends and most important, make your voice heard.  This is your time to vote on by-laws changes and show support (or not) for pending legislation. 

There are three informative workshops scheduled for Friday afternoon.  A how to of power point, a diversity workshop and a question/answer session on the who/what/whys of BPW.

All reports to be included in the convention book are due to President Gwen Frenette. You can e-mail them to her at gfrenette@firstbankmi.com.  Reports are due from the regional coordinators, committee chairs and the Executive Board.

There are many awards that locals can apply for and need to be done by April 15.

I hope to see many of you at the convention.  Be prepared to return to your locals energized, enthusiastic, and proud to be a Michigan BPW member.
