IDALLAS, HERE WE COME

We’ll need some volunteers in Dallas at the National Conference.  Please let me know ahead (e-mail s.zeller@sbcglobal.net or call at 937-271-5776)  if you can help us with any of these activities:  

·        Work on credentials and elections committees.  (We have two candidates for National office so we have to have someone on these committees.)

·        Campaign during a few select hours for Trish and Barb

o       Wednesday, July 19 – 5:30-6:30 p.m.

o       Thursday, July 20 – 8:00 a.m. – 12 noon

o       Friday, July 21 – 7:00 – 8:00 a.m.

·        Selling raffle tickets for a 50/50 drawing at the lunch on Friday

·        Setting up for the lunch on Friday

·        Hostessing at the lunch on Friday

·        Attending the lunch on Friday (you can make your reservation with me by e-mail, on-line at www.bpw-michigan.org  or snail mail by sending your check to me {$40}at  702 Burr Oak, Albion, MI  49224 

Before we get to Dallas, if you have some connections to get some Michigan items for giveaways at the Michigan Lunch on Friday, please contact them.  We are expecting 125 participants so if you can 125 of any one thing, that’s wonderful.  If you can get one item for a door prize, that’s wonderful, too.  If someone wants to give you only 50 (more or less) items, that’s wonderful, too.  If what you get is more than you can carry in your luggage, get it to me or to Ila Smith and we will take it in our car.  Emphasize to them that there will be members there from every state and our theme is “Michigan – You’ll Get Hooked.”
