A backbone of BPW/Michigan Signature Events, “The Woman of Achievement Awards & Banquet”, will be held at the Fall Board meeting, October 25^th, 2008 at the Valley Plaza Resort, Midland, Michigan. This is the best way of providing the LOCAL Organizations the forum for honoring their “shining stars”. Press coverage locally and state wide helps all to recognize the Women of Achievement.  

The State themes, “TAKE ACTION! MAKE IT HAPPEN”, “TAKE THE LEAD” and now “EMBRACE THE FUTURE – BPW” are more important than ever. Let the Woman of Achievement Program recognize your local Woman/Man and get your nominees profiles in by September 26^th, 2008.

The committee hopes that all L.O.’s make it happen by taking action.
