It's that time again! Time to invite you to the BPW/Michigan 2007 State Convention that will be held on May 18-20, 2007 at Boyne Mountain Resort.

Boyne Mountain Resort has a great deal to explore. The Main Lodge has an outdoor heated pool adjacent to Michigan's largest hot tub located just outside the Main Dining Room (Eriksen's Restaurant). A sauna/fitness room is also located near Eriksen's Restaurant. The Mountain Villa Condominium Complex has a centrally located swimming pool, open during the summer months. All pools are available to houseguests. During the summer, all houseguests are also welcome to swim in Deer Lake located on the other side of the Mountain.

The Solace Spa at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa has over 18,000 square feet of state of the art facilities. The Spa at the Inn features some of the regions most talented massage therapists and is a first class facility in all aspects.

Watercraft and Boat Rentals: Mountainside Inn located in neighboring Boyne Falls, offers a variety of personal watercraft, pontoon, fishing, sail and kayak boat rental package options, including free delivery to the surrounding area.

We have a lot of fun and surprises in store for you, come and enjoy the fellowship and friendship. The Convention will begin Friday, May 18, 2007 with registration.  Saturday, May 19 will begin with registration, and our Business Meeting. Saturday evening will be the Installation Celebration of Gwen Hoople our President Elect. Sunday, May 20 will start with the Memorial Service that will honor our past BPW Sisters. This event will be a great way to show how much we love and miss them; we encourage everyone to attend. Breakfast will follow along with the conclusion of the Business Meeting. We will once again request all locals to secure Convention Sponsorship/Program Advertising to help defray the costs. Also, we are looking for vendors that may be interested in displaying their unique and special items.

Room rates are $111.00 for either Mountain Grand Lodge - Parlor Rooms or Mountain Grand Lodge - Queen Rooms. Reservations must be made by April 17, 2007 by using the Boyne Mountain Reservation Form which can be mailed or faxed. Group reservations cannot be accepted over the phone. Please contact Penny or myself if you need a form. More information on how to register for the event will be coming soon.
